上次juju给大家分享了做韩式海鲜葱饼的做法~,那西葫芦饼也是最常见的韩式饼之一,做法和所需要的食材比海鲜葱饼还简单,所以是最适合初学者的一道韩式家常菜。juju记得上中学的时候在妈妈常读的一本韩国女性杂志里发现这道西葫芦饼的做法,照片实在诱人所以还专门试做了一下,虽然都不记得当时味道怎么样,但是至今每看到西葫芦就像无条件反射一样联想起西葫芦饼,好吧,那进入正题了~~大家准备好了吗?

  • 红辣椒一个

Steps to make 韩式西葫芦饼

  • 1.西葫芦洗净,以0.5cm的厚度切片
  • 2.打好的鸡蛋过筛,这样沾到西葫芦的时候会沾得干净美观。
  • 3.把切片的西葫芦充分抹除水分以后,沾上面粉
  • 4.在放进刚过滤的蛋液里充分沾上蛋液
  • 5.微火,锅里倒入2勺油,油热了放进刚涂上蛋液的西葫芦片,烤熟了一面再反过来烤。
  • 6.一勺酱油加一勺醋加一勺水,另外可以加入芝麻,葱末,辣椒末等搅拌均匀,西葫芦饼的酱料完成,食用的时候西葫芦饼沾上一点酱料食用
