尖椒干豆腐
尖椒干豆腐是本地的一道名菜,也是国民家常菜。干豆腐作为大豆的再加工制品,生吃熟吃都可以,凉拌热炒都好吃,涮火锅也是极好,软中有韧,有嚼头,最大的优势是冷冻或者冷藏保质期长,家中常备,也常常被临时搭配上桌,我家隔三差五做一次,家人还吃不够,常吃干豆腐能促进骨骼发育,孩子长个,老人预防骨质疏松。

Steps to make 尖椒干豆腐

  • 1.冷冻的干豆腐冷水解冻,选择的不是尖椒,是比尖椒辣度低一点的辣椒,老人孩子都能接受的辣度。
  • 2.干豆腐洗净切丝,辣椒切丝,辣椒弧去掉籽切片,这个弧别扔,炒吃口感特别好。
  • 3.炒锅加入适量的油,爆香五香粉和葱花,加入干豆腐丝翻炒。
  • 4.加入适量的盐、糖、老汤煮一下,没有老汤加少许的水也可以。
  • 5.待干豆腐烧透时下入辣椒丝、洋葱丝翻炒。
  • 6.加入少许的海鲜酱油、蘑菇粉调味。
  • 7.出锅装盘。
