糯米饭
给下个月春节预热的年夜饭,用了黑米,加了果仁,甜糯香软,滋味可口。

Steps to make 糯米饭

  • 1.糯米和黑米备好。
  • 2.加入清水,浸泡过夜。
  • 3.第二天,果仁备好,可以选择你喜欢的任何果仁。
  • 4.浸泡后的米粒可以掐断即可,这样方便以后蒸。
  • 5.米粒沥干水分,准备一勺猪油。
  • 6.放入米粒,搅拌均匀,不管是八宝饭或者糯米饭,猪油是一定要用的,它会让你的糯米饭蒸出来既滋润又香,这是食用油不能替代的。
  • 7.加入少许白糖或者红糖都可以,根据你的口味酌情放入的量。
  • 8.再次搅拌均匀,让米粒都沾上猪油和白糖。
  • 9.准备好蒸碗,薄薄涂一层食用油。
  • 10.果仁放最底层。
  • 11.把米粒放入碗里,轻轻用勺背弄平,再用勺子舀入三五勺纯净水,均匀撒入,这个是让整出来的糯米饭不至于太干。
  • 12.放入蒸锅,开锅后改小火蒸大约一小时。
  • 13.直到糯米饭熟透。
  • 14.蒸好后,取出,盖上盖子,反扣出来,再撒一层白糖,趁热上桌哦。
  • 15.甜糯可口。
