  • 1.南瓜削皮切薄片。

  • 8.大约1个半小时发好的面团。
  • 9.取出多揉揉排气。
  • 10.准备红豆沙。
  • 11.将面团擀成长方形。
  • 12.将红豆沙抹匀于面皮(红豆沙用少许温开水调稀一点才好抹)。
  • 13.然后将面皮卷起来。
  • 14.分切成等小份。
  • 15.放入蒸锅里再醒发20分钟,冷水锅起蒸15-20分钟。
  • 16.蒸好的样子很满意,香甜暄软好吃。
