不用油炸的香酥小麻花
记得有段时间午休时没事就喜欢和同事一起去逛单位附近的超市,每次大家都会买各种不同口味的小麻花吃,小麻花成了办公室必备小零食。小麻花吃在嘴里脆爽甘甜、唇齿留香,越吃越想吃,所以那段时间办公室里不管是男同胞还是女同胞没事就拿根小麻花嚼嚼。
小麻花虽然好吃,因为是油炸食物,担心热量高吃多了容易长胖,吃过一段时间后就开始管住自己的嘴,抵抗住小麻花的诱惑,偶儿馋了就自己在家动手做,做过几次后发现还不如买点吃省事,每次辛苦费劲做好也吃不了多少,耗时不说还浪费油,之后就不愿意再在家里折腾这个,也基本上没买过回来吃。
前几天闲来无事突然想念小麻花的味道,心动不如行动,赶紧找出食材折腾起来。
这次的麻烦在制作上和以前稍有不同,不用油炸,直接用空气炸锅高温烘烤,吃起来更加健康。

  • 面粉215g
  • 鸡蛋1个
  • 45g
  • 白砂糖30g
  • 色拉油45g
  • 酵母2g
  • 2g
  • 小苏打2g
  • 黑芝麻少许

Steps to make 不用油炸的香酥小麻花

  • 1.将除黑芝麻以外的所有材料装和面盆中
  • 2.混合均匀后揉成光滑的面团,静置20分钟左右
  • 3.将黑芝麻加入静置好的面团中揉均匀
  • 4.分成若干个小面团,12g/个
  • 5.将小面团揉搓成长条醒发15分钟左右
  • 6.再次将长条搓成细长条,然后将面条的两端提起对折后扭成麻花
  • 7.按此方法做剩余麻花,做好后放空气炸锅烤网上
  • 8.空气炸锅提前预热3分钟,然后将装有麻烦的烤网放进去,160度烤18分钟左右
