有了烤箱后很多东东都是第一次做也是第一次吃,当然我现在能做的也都是些比较简单的。这款阿拉棒也是,看到豆亲们做的感觉蛮简单的,用料也很平常,所以还是很适合我们这种新手尝试的。
阿拉棒是意大利式硬面棒. 这种金黄色香脆的硬面棒是起源于意大利的杜林(Turin), 现在则是处处可见. 其大小可从火柴棒般的细小,直到家庭自制的指节般地粗壮, 意大利的烘焙师傅会利用各种剩余的面团来烤这Grissini,也可加些芝麻或是Poppy seeds,更添风味. 据说,阿拉棒不论是就着色拉、热汤、各式沾酱或是餐前酒都很好吃.

  • 茶油1大勺

Steps to make 阿拉棒

  • 1.准备好所需材料
  • 2.鸭蛋打散加入白糖、茶油搅拌均匀(留一点点蛋液刷表面用)
  • 3.加入面粉
  • 4.揉成面团
  • 5.装入保鲜袋松弛30分钟
  • 6.连着保鲜袋擀成约0.5CM正方形面片后剪开保鲜袋
  • 7.用刀切成均匀的条状
  • 8.拿着两头向反方向扭成如图状
  • 9.扭好摆入烤盘(直接放到烤盘上即可,烤盘不要涂油)
  • 10.表面刷上一层蛋液
  • 11.放入预热好的烤箱中层,上火180度下火170度烤15分钟
