  • 1.澄面与淀粉,糖混合均匀
  • 2.倒入沸水,用筷子快速搅拌。
  • 3.加入油,将其揉匀至面团有光泽后,盖保鲜膜
  • 4.面团分成20g左右的小面团,再将面团擀成薄圆面皮
  • 5.面皮均匀折边,要几个花瓣折几个边。
  • 6.折好边的皮翻过来,中心放蔓越莓馅料。将五个角向中间捏起来
  • 7.用拇指将折边翻起,捏成花瓣。
  • 8.放入蒸锅,上锅蒸10分钟左右,为防粘饺底可沾几滴油
