每年的农历正月十五是我国传统的元宵节。每逢这一天,家家户户都要挂彩灯、放焰火;民间有吃元宵、赏花灯、舞龙等习俗。因为还在年里,家家户户,团团圆圆,一起包汤圆,品元宵,享受着天伦之乐······

  • 紫薯1个
  • 酒酿100克
  • 花生100克
  • 糖桂花3茶匙
  • 熟油4茶匙
  • 面粉2茶匙

Steps to make 酒酿紫薯汤圆

  • 1.准备好糯米粉和紫薯。
  • 2.准备好糖桂花、花生和酒酿。
  • 3.紫薯洗净、切片;入微波炉叮熟,压成泥状备用。
  • 4.花生入微波炉叮3分钟,去皮、捣成粉状;加入糖桂花、熟油、面粉;混合拌匀成馅。
  • 5.紫薯泥同一半糯米粉混合,和匀成粉团。
  • 6.另一半糯米粉单独和好成粉团。
  • 7.两种颜色粉团混合起来。
  • 8.分成若干小剂子。
  • 9.汤圆面包入花生馅。
  • 10.分别包完全部汤圆。
  • 11.锅中水烧开,下入汤圆;煮开点入冷水;如此三次,煮至汤圆浮起在水面。
  • 12.倒入酒酿,煮开即可。
