斑斓樱花曲奇
斑斓叶:香兰叶 Pandan。
香兰叶是东南亚常用的香料之一,可以打成汁液添加在甜点内。
因暂时没买到新鲜的叶子,只能用香精代替,也是一番风味。
有新鲜叶子的话,方子再做修改。

  • 低筋面粉155克
  • 无盐黄油130克
  • 糖粉60克
  • 1克
  • 全蛋液50克
  • 斑斓香精3至4滴

Steps to make 斑斓樱花曲奇

  • 1.准备材料
  • 2.黄油室温下软化,用电动打蛋器打至少顺滑
  • 3.加入糖粉和盐混合好再打发至发白蓬松
  • 4.全蛋液分3次加入,每次打至蛋液被吸收
  • 5.斑斓香精滴入黄油糊里,用打蛋器混合均匀
  • 6.低筋面粉筛入黄油糊里用刮刀将面糊翻拌均匀至无颗粒
  • 7.裱花嘴装入裱花袋顶部,面糊装入裱花袋中,垂直对准模具挤出樱花图案
  • 8.烤箱预热好放入模具,上下火 180度 15分钟 中层,烤好后晾凉
