Steps to make 桂花红豆沙

  • 1.将红豆洗净用水泡上,泡8-10小时。
  • 2.将泡好的红豆倒进高压锅。
  • 3.水没过红豆2厘米左右。
  • 4.大火煮开上汽后小火煮5、6分钟关火。
  • 5.用料理机将煮好的豆搅成细腻的豆泥,如太干可少加些水。
  • 6.起一油锅准备炒红豆沙。
  • 7.倒入红豆沙开小火不停翻炒。
  • 8.放白糖继续翻炒。
  • 9.同时放入红糖增加色泽。
  • 10.等锅里的豆沙炒的稠稠的就差不多炒好了,这时加入糖桂花搅拌均匀就可以了。
  • 11.豆沙就炒好了,等自然晾凉后放冰箱保存。
