Steps to make 萝卜苗馅饼

  • 1.将萝卜苗择洗干净,焯一下水,放清水中浸泡15分钟左右。
  • 2.将萝卜苗攥干水分,切碎放入锅中,放入适量粉丝、蒜蓉、五香粉、生抽、味精,用熟油拌匀。
  • 3.500g面粉放5g酵母粉,用温水和好,醒发30分钟左右,揉成光滑的面团,下成大小一致的剂子。
  • 4.擀成中间厚四周薄的面皮。
  • 5.包入调好的萝卜苗馅料,放案板上慢慢压成馅饼状。
  • 6.饼锅预热5分钟左右,放入做好的馅饼面坯,盖上锅盖,改小火慢慢烙制。
  • 7.待一边烙好,再翻身烙另一边。
  • 8.成品。
