绿茶奶冻
这个绿茶奶冻挺万能的,奶香浓郁,奶香跟绿茶粉的清新气息融合在一起,软嫩微甜,可以直接吃,也可以切小块放到奶茶里面当配料,也可以包到蛋糕卷里面当做一层夹心~我使用的烘培用冻干绿茶粉,颜色是有点灰的绿色,绿茶粉便宜抹茶粉贵,绿茶粉做出来味道也很好,家庭用的话,绿茶粉就OK,大家也可以买那种很绿的抹茶粉,做出来就是很鲜艳的鲜绿色抹茶奶冻,大家自行选择就好~不过买抹茶粉的话,还是要注意不要买到加了色素的绿茶粉咯,这种冒充太普遍了~

Steps to make 绿茶奶冻

  • 1.准备好材料备用。
  • 2.把牛奶热成温热的,倒入绿茶粉中,搅拌均匀。
  • 3.把绿茶牛奶溶液倒入锅中,小火加热,边加热边把奶油和糖加进去,搅拌均匀。液体不用加热到煮沸,吉利丁60–70度就会融化了,到这个温度的时候把吉利丁粉倒进去,搅拌让它完全融化,然后离火。倒进模具,放进冰箱冷藏让它凝固就可以了。
  • 4.我用的这种长方形的蛋糕模具,事先喷点油进去,方便后面脱模。做好的奶冻一半切成小块,准备当奶茶配料~
  • 5.另一半直接当甜点吃了~奶香混合着绿茶的清新味道,软嫩微甜,好吃~
