Steps to make 姜汁红曲汤圆

  • 1.糯米粉、红曲粉、白砂糖。
  • 2.将红曲粉、50克白糖(或糖粉)倒入糯米粉内,加上适量清水搅拌。
  • 3.和成面团。
  • 4.再做成大小相等的小丸子备用。
  • 5.姜切成丁,放入果汁机。
  • 6.加适量清水打成汁。
  • 7.用滤网隔去姜渣。
  • 8.姜汁加上适量水煮沸。
  • 9.放入红曲丸子,煮15~20分钟,再倒入剩下的30克白糖,便做好了。
  • 10.凉凉的秋末,添上一碗姜味十足,甜甜糯糯的红曲汤圆,暖身又养胃。
