  • 1.面粉用温水活成面团,放在盆里然后盖上盖子醒一会。这个时候去准备馅料。
  • 2.2.酸菜切成丝在剁碎,其实要求不用太高的,我切的就不是很碎。粉丝炒熟也剁成块。葱姜切末。全都倒入装有肉馅的小盆里。然后放入2颗鸡蛋,酱油,盐,十三香,味精,色拉油,用筷子按照一个方向搅拌均匀。

  • 5.5.包入馅,我放的比较多。然后像包包子一样。将包好的包子有摺的一面朝下放在案板上。
  • 6.6.先用手轻轻的按平,再用擀面杖慢慢的擀薄。不要用力太大了,不然该坏掉了。
  • 7.7.平底锅放油烧热,然后放入包好的饼。中火烙的两面金黄色,早疼一会就熟了,也就10分钟左右吧。
