  • 2.加入适量水淀粉搅拌均匀。

  • 4.锅中倒入适量油烧热。
  • 5.放入黄瓜丁和洋葱丁。
  • 6.炒出香味。
  • 7.加入午餐肉丁。
  • 8.加入盐和胡椒粉调味。
  • 9.倒入米饭。
  • 10.加入适量番茄酱。
  • 11.继续翻炒片刻即可出锅。
  • 12.另起锅倒入油烧热。
  • 13.倒入搅拌好的蛋液,摊成饼状。
  • 14.蛋液快凝固时,在一侧放入适量炒好的饭。
  • 15.对折,压好边缘。
  • 16.出锅淋上番茄酱即可。
