豆沙老婆饼&芝麻老公饼
前天在易讯上败了只烤箱,这几天是天天烤,天天烤,激情四射啊,昨晚试着做了个老婆饼,包了9个,四个豆沙馅的,五个芝麻馅的,老公说怎么只有老婆饼,没有老公饼,那我们就管豆沙馅的叫老婆饼,芝麻馅的叫老公饼吧,嘿嘿。。。

原来版本的老婆饼馅是用冬瓜蓉做的,因为是第一次做,我怕馅不成功呢,就用家里现成的芝麻馅和豆沙馅了,后来发现芝麻馅的烤出来香脆,但馅有点干,豆沙馅的甜软一些。

    Steps to make 豆沙老婆饼&芝麻老公饼

    • 1.猪油隔水融化(这是我自己用猪板油熬的),猪油的量是平时炒菜时的三倍,我也没称有多重
    • 2.先做水油皮,放一少半猪油在容器里,加入适量水,面粉过筛
    • 3.将面粉搅成雪花状
    • 4.然后用手团起来,揉成光滑的面团
    • 5.再做油酥,往剩下的猪油里筛入面粉,不用放水,同做油皮的方式一样,揉成光滑的面团
    • 6.水油皮和油酥盖上保鲜膜醒30分钟
    • 7.将水油皮和油酥分成等份的剂子,搓圆,将水油皮擀成皮子,把油酥包进去再搓圆(坑爹,用手机拍的照片,今天发现有些图片显示不了)将包了油酥的水油皮擀成牛舌状
    • 8.卷起包上保鲜膜醒15分钟
    • 9.旋转90度,再按同样的方法擀成牛舌状,卷起包上保鲜膜醒15分钟
    • 10.将醒好的皮搓圆,擀成皮,包上芝麻馅(芝麻馅是自己做的,用熟的黑芝麻粉、蜂蜜和橄榄油调出来的)
    • 11.像包包子一样把馅包进去,收口捏紧
    • 12.将收口朝下,用手把饼拍瘪,用刀在正面划三刀,刷上蛋液,撒上黑芝麻
    • 13.入预热的烤箱,180度上下火,中层,烤15分钟,至表面金黄,完工。(豆沙馅的包法同芝麻馅)
