胡萝卜面包

  • 酵母2.5g
  • 牛奶20g
  • 高筋面粉150g
  • 蛋黄20g
  • 黄油16g

Steps to make 胡萝卜面包

  • 1.胡萝卜切小块.用料理机打成胡萝卜泥.取130g胡萝卜泥.倒入面包桶内.加入其他材料开搅拌程序.成团后加入黄油,搅拌至扩展阶段
  • 2.搅拌程序结束,取出面团.滚圆面团,盖上保鲜膜,
  • 3.进烤箱28度发酵,发酵至两倍大,戳洞不回缩即可
  • 4.发酵结束,把面团取出,排气滚圆,平均分成6份,盖保鲜膜松弛10分钟
  • 5.再把每一个面团擀成椭圆形薄片
  • 6.然后从左至右卷起来,成长条状.
  • 7.把长条面团一段黏贴紧螺旋管烤模的尖头处,再一圈圈的绕完面团,卷的时候就这样扁扁的;
  • 8.进烤箱38度二次发酵.发酵结束,在面团表面刷一层蛋液.烤箱预热上管190度,下管160度
  • 9.预热好后,烘烤15分钟即可.
  • 10.烘烤结束,晾凉后.取出螺旋管,美美的装饰咯,可以往里面挤上红薯馅,紫薯馅,豆沙馅,各种你想吃的
  • 11.开吃吧!金黄的胡萝卜来咯!
