酥樱桃蛋糕
去年非常幸运地试用了海尔智慧烤箱,今年总算收到了,收到迫不急待地打开烤箱,发现这烤箱真是好高端。此烤箱有着触摸屏、手机操控、菜谱在网上搜、内照明灯随意开关、不沾油内胆、下发热管还可以拉起来进行清洁等等,下面我来做菜吧。

  • 黄油100克
  • 糖粉50克
  • 鸡蛋1个
  • 1/8小勺
  • 低粉70克
  • 泡打粉2.5克
  • 樱桃80克
  • 黄油25克
  • 糖粉25克
  • 高粉25克

Steps to make 酥樱桃蛋糕

  • 1.准备好原材料。
  • 2.25克的黄油软化加入25克的糖粉和25克的高粉。
  • 3.一起用手揉匀,放入冰箱冻到坚硬。
  • 4.把樱桃剥去种子,稍切碎。
  • 5.酥皮面团擦成碎屑,天热再放冰箱冰着备用。
  • 6.100克的黄油软化后加入糖粉、盐。
  • 7.打到颜色发白,休积稍变大。
  • 8.鸡蛋打散,分三次加入黄油中。
  • 9.用打蛋器打匀,油和蛋不能分离,光滑细腻。加入过筛后的面粉和泡打粉拌匀。
  • 10.放到模具中加入樱桃,用筷子稍拌下。
  • 11.上面撒上酥皮碎屑。
  • 12.预热好的烤箱180度烤上层,上色后降150度,移到下层共烤25钟。
