  • 1.将糯米粉放入盆子中
  • 2.澄面

  • 7.加入两碗清水
  • 8.和成絮状
  • 9.取一盘子刷上油,倒入面糊,上锅蒸二十分钟(十分钟大火十分钟小火)
  • 10.趁热取出,用擀面杖顺时针捣一会儿,这样做的面团更软糯
  • 11.揪成一小块,裹上椰蓉
  • 12.放入黑豆沙
  • 13.或椰子馅
  • 14.收口
  • 15.再裹上一层椰蓉,搓圆
