  • 生姜30克
  • 料酒2汤匙
  • 花椒8克
  • 蒸鱼豉油3汤匙
  • 红辣椒5个
  • 白胡椒粉3克

Steps to make 葱香龙利鱼

  • 1.准备材料。
  • 2.龙利鱼柳斜刀切片用少许盐,料酒,姜丝,白胡椒粉、淀粉腌制10分钟。
  • 3.莴笋切丝备用。
  • 4.锅中加油将莴笋丝炒熟。
  • 5.盛出笋丝平铺到盘底。
  • 6.锅中加水烧开,加入葱、姜、料酒下入腌好的鱼片焯烫熟。
  • 7.焯熟的鱼片捞出放在笋丝上。加蒸鱼豉油3汤匙。
  • 8.香葱切碎备用(葱稍微多一点)
  • 9.炒锅中加油小火爆香花椒,捞出花椒将油泼在香葱上即可。
