Steps to make 素炒三丝

  • 1.土豆洗净、削皮、切丝,清洗二遍去掉淀粉,捞出沥干水份,备用。
  • 2.胡萝卜、青椒洗净、切丝;葱、蒜洗净、切碎,备用。
  • 3.取一小碗,放入香醋、白糖、生抽、蚝油、淀粉、清水,调成酱汁,备用。
  • 4.炒锅放油,放入葱、蒜,炒香,放入豆瓣酱、辣椒酱,炒香出红油。
  • 5.放入胡萝卜丝,稍翻炒。
  • 6.放入土豆丝,翻炒熟。
  • 7.放入青椒丝,翻炒至断生。
  • 8.倒入调好的酱汁,大火快速炒匀收汁。
  • 9.出锅。
  • 10.酸甜微辣,营养美味。
