  • 西瓜子仁100克
  • 核桃仁100克
  • 黑芝麻50克
  • 白芝麻50克
  • 葡萄干50克
  • 山楂条150克
  • 糯米粉310克
  • 凉白开水210克
  • 细砂糖200克
  • 高度白酒27克
  • 玉米油80毫升

Steps to make 五仁馅

  • 1.将各种果仁分别放入烤箱烤熟,能去皮的去皮。用微波炉也行。
  • 2.把烤好的果仁放凉后分别擀成小碎块放入盆中。
  • 3.把山楂条切成小粒。
  • 4.把葡萄干切成小粒。
  • 5.把以上几种都倒入一个盆中拌匀。
  • 6.把糯米粉倒入锅中开小火慢慢炒,不停搅动。
  • 7.炒至糯米粉发黄,无生粉味即可。
  • 8.称好200克糖,27克白酒,80毫升油和210克凉白开水。
  • 9.倒入盛有果仁的盆内搅拌均匀。
  • 10.再加入晾凉的熟糯米粉。
  • 11.加糯米粉的时候可以一点一点加,只要能揉成软硬合适的团就行了。
  • 12.盖上保鲜膜静置半个小时,只要不出现渗油,分离现象,五仁馅就成功了。
