Steps to make 龙利鱼韭菜春卷

  • 1.准备好原材料;
  • 2.龙利鱼自然解冻后切成细丝, 用厨房纸巾吸干水分;
  • 3.将吸干水分的龙利鱼放入碗中, 加入适量的盐、姜末、胡椒粉、料酒和半个蛋清, 抓匀后腌制一下;
  • 4.再将韭菜末放入其中;
  • 5.先加入适量的芝麻油拌均匀, 再加入少许盐拌均匀;
  • 6.将春卷皮平摊在案板上,将龙利鱼韭菜馅料放入春卷皮的底部;
  • 7.将它卷起来,封口处沾点水,卷好后再封口处放在下面;
  • 8.烧热锅放入适量的油, 六、七成热时将春卷封口朝下放入里面去煎炸;
  • 9. 定型后再不停的翻动一下, 将它煎炸至金黄就可以出锅了。
  • 10.可以开吃了。
