Steps to make 韩式泡菜

  • 1.准备材料。(图中的萝卜我只用了一半)
  • 2.大白菜洗净,切小块。
  • 3.将盐倒入水中拌均匀。
  • 4.大白菜放入一个大盆中,倒入盐水浸泡。
  • 5.将梨,苹果,洋葱去皮切小块。
  • 6.将切好的梨,苹果,洋葱,蒜,姜,鱼露放入料理机中打成均匀的泥状物。
  • 7.萝卜和葱切丝。
  • 8.将切好的萝卜,葱,辣椒粉,糖倒入泥状物中。
  • 9.搅拌均匀,完成泡菜酱。
  • 10.待大白菜脱水变软后,用清水冲干净,沥干水分。
  • 11.将大白菜和酱混合均匀,置于冰箱中冷藏一晚即可食用。
