香辣肉松
我做的这一款是辣味肉松,加了辣椒,很是够味。炒制时间比较久,特别酥脆,而且放在密封盒里一周多,现在吃起来依然酥脆美味!偷偷说一句,今天早上我炸了几片馒头片,一扭头看到旁边放着的肉松,灵机一动在馒头片上抹上一层芝麻酱,均匀撒上这款香辣肉松,一口咬下去,真是好吃到飞起来~~啧啧,大家快来试试吧!

Steps to make 香辣肉松

  • 1.猪里脊把肉上的肥肉以及筋膜剔除干净,切成中等大小的肉块,冷水入锅,加葱段,姜片,料酒,香叶,八角大火煮开
  • 2.水开后转中火,一边煮一边把水面的浮沫撇除。
  • 3.一直煮到肉8成熟,即拿筷子一戳能够轻易戳进肉里即可
  • 4.把肉放进保鲜袋里,用擀面杖顺着肉机理的方向使劲按压肉,把肉压散
  • 5.面包机里到一些底油
  • 6.把肉用手撕成小条,放入面包机中。开启面包机的【翻炒】程序,运行45分钟
  • 7.45分钟之后肉已经失去很多水分了,但是还没达到酥脆的程度。这时加入生抽、老抽、仙贝露,辣椒粉,盐,糖,白胡椒,鸡精,熟芝麻。开启第二个【翻炒】程序,运行45分钟
  • 8.一共90分钟的炒制之后肉松就达到了酥酥脆脆的程度啦,而且味道非常棒!
