  • 1.全部材料,隔夜饭不用太多,小半碗就可以了,各种调味粉
  • 2.小半碗米饭中加入1勺橄榄油(西餐主餐勺)
  • 3.各种调味粉和盐适量添加
  • 4.用料理机打碎
  • 5.案板上垫一层保鲜膜,把饭你放在上面
  • 6.再盖一层保鲜膜,用擀面杖擀成饼
  • 7.为了将来切出来比较规整,揭开上层保鲜膜,切齐边缘,再把切下来的部分放在中间,盖上保鲜膜,再次擀薄(大约2毫米厚度就可以了,太薄容易糊,太厚不脆)
  • 8.把擀好的米片放入冰箱冷冻室,冻半小时以上,使得米饼变硬,如果不冻硬,切的时候很黏,不成型
  • 9.冻硬了的米片
  • 10.揭开上层保鲜膜,切成大小合适的方块(烤箱预热)
  • 11.分开码放在铺了烤纸的烤盘上
  • 12.180度烤40分钟,(以上烤箱温度及时间仅供参考,请您按照自家烤箱酌情设定)由于各家烤箱有所不同,请时常检查一下,随时调整,烤到脆为止,注意别烤糊了哈
  • 13.烤好后,放凉就更脆了
  • 14.好吃又简单的香脆米饭锅巴,关键是用油量极少。
