花生酱饼干
我觉得我这么多年一直瘦不下去的根本原因就是——太爱吃饼干……
我高中的时候学校在郊区,里面只有一家小卖铺,我基本上隔天就要去买一包饼干,苏打饼干是我的最爱因为每天都要吃,巧克力饼干什么的太甜了,咸咸香香的苏打饼最合胃口~
今天说的可不是苏打饼干而是花生酱饼干,我之前文章中说到过怎么做花生酱,还有各种花生制品,好吧我承认我就是个地地道道的花生铁杆粉丝,只要有花生,就什么都不想了……

花生又叫长生果,含有丰富的不饱和脂肪酸,而且红皮的花生还能补血,还听说过花生酱里面有丰富的B族维生素和膳食纤维,饱腹感很强,不过……这么高热量的东西就是以癫痫为也没有也应该会饱腹感很强的吧……

  • 低筋粉100g
  • 花生酱35g
  • 花生油50g
  • 砂糖50g
  • 小苏打2g

  • 时间一小时

Steps to make 花生酱饼干

  • 1.花生酱放到一个大盆里面
  • 2.加入花生油
  • 3.搅拌到花生酱和花生油融合到一起
  • 4.加入50g砂糖
  • 5.加入2g小苏打
  • 6.然后加入100g低筋面粉
  • 7.先用打蛋器稍微搅拌一下
  • 8.然后揉成一个没有干粉的面团
  • 9.揉成小剂子,放到烤盘上按扁
  • 10.放到烤箱里面,上下火中层,180度15分钟~烤了好几盘出来呢~
