【圣诞树糖霜饼干】
其实很少做类似这种糖霜饼干,麻烦是一方面,还有就是太甜了些,甜的让人有些受不了。。。

不过,既然到了圣诞节,也还是要有些节日的气氛的,从做好的那一盒饼干里挑了几块,用糖霜画了些图案上去,应应景也还算是不错的了~

材料:
面团材料:黄油75g,糖粉60g,蛋液20g,低筋面粉130g
装饰用糖霜:蛋白14g,糖粉100g,柠檬汁几滴,各色色素几滴

Steps to make 【圣诞树糖霜饼干】

  • 1.将黄油放在室温下软化后加入糖分
  • 2.先用搅拌棒手动搅匀
  • 3.然后启动电动模式,将黄油打发至颜色变浅体积膨大的状态
  • 4.分次加入蛋液
  • 5.搅打均匀
  • 6.筛入低筋面粉
  • 7.拌匀
  • 8.装入保鲜袋中放入冰箱冷冻10分钟
  • 9.取出后擀成3~5mm厚的薄片
  • 10.将饼干模用力按在面皮上,压出所需要的饼干形状
  • 11.将压好的饼干坯摆放入烤盘
  • 12.送入预热好的烤箱中层,180度,10分钟
  • 13.出炉晾凉备用
  • 14.将蛋白打至粗泡状态后分次加入糖粉
  • 15.搅打至粘稠状态
  • 16.分别调好颜色后装入裱花袋中备用
  • 17.取一块饼干,先在用糖霜在周围挤出一条轮廓
  • 18.然后再填满中央部位,稍晾一会儿再用其他颜色装饰即可
