芸豆是中秋节前买来准备做月饼馅的,可一直没做成,今天有空,全部把它做成馅,一小部分加了蔓越莓干,以后做点心就用它了。

Steps to make 蔓越莓芸豆馅

  • 1.把芸豆泡发24小时,浸泡到完全胀发,没有褶皱
  • 2.剥去外皮
  • 3.放入锅中,放没过芸豆的凉水,煮开后改小火焖到酥烂
  • 4.放入料理机打成泥
  • 5.把芸豆泥放入锅中,中小火,放入冰糖或白糖
  • 6.放入油,不停搅拌
  • 7.搅拌到水分完全蒸发
  • 8.蔓越莓切碎
  • 9.放入芸豆中搅拌均匀即可
