Steps to make 腊肠炒手撕包菜

  • 1.腊肠切成小片。
  • 2.包包菜洗净后用手撕成小片。
  • 3.辣椒切小段,蒜去皮切碎。
  • 4.炒锅上火,干锅放入腊肠慢慢煸炒出油。
  • 5.腊肠煸炒出油后扒在一旁,放入辣椒和蒜粒煸炒至辣椒呈枣红色。
  • 6.放入撕好的包包菜翻炒断生。
  • 7.尝尝味放入少量盐和少许味精翻炒均匀即可关火装盘。
