  • 1.做的二米饭没人吃,隔夜饭。(大米和玉米碜子)
  • 2.蒜苔切成小丁,青椒剖开去籽切成丁,葱切小段。
  • 3.两个鸡蛋加少许盐搅拌均匀。
  • 4.炒锅放油烧热,放入鸡蛋炒成小块,再弄碎一点。
  • 5.放入葱花、蒜苔,翻炒均匀。
  • 6.待蒜苔炒至断生,放盐和味精,翻炒均匀。
  • 7.放入剩米饭,完全压散,充分炒热。
  • 8.成品。
