桃山皮月饼
桃山皮是用白芸豆沙,配以蛋黄、牛奶、奶油等材料调配而成,因口感细腻,而日益受到人们的喜爱,制作起来也非常简单,很适合刚刚接触美食的新手。

Steps to make 桃山皮月饼

  • 1.准备桃山皮和馅料
  • 2.把桃山皮和馅料,按1:1的量分成小份,我用的是50克的模具,所以皮和馅分别是25克
  • 3.取桃山皮按扁
  • 4.放入馅料
  • 5.如图双手配合,一边捏一边转动,使月饼皮和馅料服帖,在虎口处捏紧
  • 6.包好后滚圆
  • 7.同样的方法把紫薯桃山皮的月饼也做好
  • 8.模具有30多个花色,选一个喜欢的花型
  • 9.安装后,放入月饼坯
  • 10.放在案板上,用力适中压下去
  • 11.花型深度适中,很漂亮
  • 12.压好的月饼放入烤盘,160度,烘烤10分钟左右即可
  • 13.桃山皮月饼,非常的细腻,口感很好吃
