  • 1.材料图,蒜苔,腊肠,胡萝卜,葱。
  • 2.腊肠开水烫下,除下灰尘。
  • 3.腊肠切片,蒜苔切段,胡萝卜切丝,葱切沫。
  • 4.炒锅(不放油)煸炒腊肠至出油,透明。
  • 5.盛出腊肠,再加少量食用油炒葱花
  • 6.依次放入胡萝卜,蒜苔翻炒两分钟加入盐
  • 7.放腊肠炒一分钟关火,滴入生抽。
