火龙果果酱
火龙果是热带水果,容易熟,现买现吃最好。果肉有白皙及鲜红两种,中间有类似芝麻粒黑点,味道清新甜美。对胃壁有保护作用,还具有美白皮肤、抗衰老、降低血糖、润肠的作用。

Steps to make 火龙果果酱

  • 1.将果酱瓶洗净,放入锅中,加水摸过瓶子,煮沸20分钟,关火后将瓶盖放入锅中,继续消毒10分钟;
  • 2.取出沥干水,倒扣果酱瓶;
  • 3.将柠檬洗净、对切后榨汁备用;
  • 4.将火龙果去皮后;
  • 5.果肉切成1厘米见方小块备用;
  • 6.将火龙果与冰糖、柠檬汁一同放入锅中大火煮开,转中小火继续烹煮;
  • 7.捞去表面的浮物与气泡;
  • 8.烹煮时要不时搅拌,以免粘住锅底,持续蒸煮直到果酱开始有浓稠感出现,加入已预热的苹果果胶,达到果酱煮糖凝固的终点温度103℃,视果酱状态已浓稠,关火;
  • 9.趁热装入果酱瓶并倒扣,倒扣30分钟后洗净瓶身,置于室温3~7天再放入冰箱中冷藏;
  • 10.成品果酱,散发着诱人的清香,味道清新甜美。
