腊鱼
前段时间家人和朋友们到水库里网了不少的鱼回来。
一下吃不完便用来做腊鱼了。
虽然是罗非鱼,但因为和野生的差不多,所以味道也是没得说呀!

Steps to make 腊鱼

  • 1.罗非鱼约十斤。
  • 2.杀好,沥干水分。
  • 3.接着加入适量盐,酱油和白酒腌制一晚。
  • 4.串起来约晒两周便可(个人觉得晒腊味最好是3-10度左右,有北风吹更好,像广东这虽然是冬天,但有时温度在二十度以上。所以最好做腊味前都看好天气,有冷空气到而且是晴天才做。晒了几天如果突然气温变得很高的可以直接放回冰箱里冷藏,但不要拿袋子封住,这样会有水分).
