榴莲芝士蛋糕

Steps to make 榴莲芝士蛋糕

  • 1.奥利奥饼干去除中间的夹心,将饼干装入保鲜袋中, 用擀面杖碾碎;
  • 2.碾碎的饼干中加入适量的水,将它们平铺在模具底部, 按压平;
  • 3. 榴莲肉取出中间的芯, 用电动搅拌器搅拌成泥备用;
  • 4. 奶油奶酪室温软化后加入糖,搅拌均匀;
  • 5. 分次打入鸡蛋, 搅拌均匀后再加入下一个;
  • 6. 倒入搅拌成泥的榴莲,搅拌均匀;
  • 7.加入过筛的面粉, 搅拌均匀;
  • 8. 将搅拌好的榴莲芝士混合液倒入包上一层锡纸的模具中;
  • 9. 在烤盘上注入水, 将它们放在烤盘上;
  • 10. 水浴法, 预热好烤箱150度, 50分钟;
  • 11. 50分钟后榴莲芝士蛋糕就烤好了,拿出来放凉再脱模;
  • 12. 将奶油糖霜分别加入色素调成所需要的颜色放入挤花袋中;
  • 13. 将奶油糖霜玫瑰花放在蛋糕上, 装饰蛋糕。
