  • 1.菠菜洗净开水锅焯水。
  • 2.放入料理机加水打成糊。
  • 3.所用食材备用。
  • 4.豆沙馅加入少许熟糯米粉,搅拌均匀,可以中和甜度,取适量糯米粉和木薯粉加菠菜汁和成面团,醒制二十分钟即可。
  • 5.豆沙分好同等大小。
  • 6.取出适量面团包裹豆沙馅。
  • 7.依次包完。
  • 8.放入蒸锅中。
  • 9.团子上刷少许油,蒸十五分钟即可。
  • 10.美美的时令小吃出锅了。
  • 11.来一口,甜香软糯,美味极了。
