菊花枸杞糯米粥
早就喜欢用菊花泡茶喝,知道可以明目,可以清热。

菊花为菊科多年生草本植物,是我国传统的常用中药材之一,主要以头状花序供药用。据古籍记载,菊菊花茶花味甘苦,性微寒;有散风清热、清肝明目和解毒消炎等作用。
对口干、火旺、目涩,或抽风、寒、湿引起的肢体疼痛、麻木的疾病均有一定的疗效。主治感冒风热,
头痛病等。 对眩晕、头痛、耳鸣有防治作用.

《神农本草经》认为,白菊花茶能“主诸风头眩、肿痛、目欲脱、皮肤死肌、恶风湿痹,久服利气,轻身耐劳延年.

菊花菊科多年生草本植物的头状花?、腺嘌呤、氨基酸、胆碱、水苏碱和维生素等物质。菊花气味清香,凉爽舒适,以糙米煮粥,借米谷之性而助药性。久服美容保体,抗老防衰。

枸杞子的功效:
枸杞补肾益精,养肝明目,补血安神,生津止渴,润肺止咳。治肝肾阴亏,腰膝酸软,头晕,目眩,目昏多泪,虚劳咳嗽,消渴,遗精。
