油焖大虾
收拾冰箱,发现了一些过年时买的虾,已经不鲜了,不适合直接煮着吃了,油焖吧。

  • 生抽1大匙
  • 老抽小半勺
  • 1大匙
  • 料酒1勺

Steps to make 油焖大虾

  • 1.虾去掉虾须、虾脚、虾线,清洗干净
  • 2.锅里多加点油,下入虾
  • 3.炸至金黄酥脆,捞出备用
  • 4.另起锅入油烧热,爆香葱姜
  • 5.加入炸过的虾
  • 6.加1勺糖、1勺生抽、小半勺老抽、1勺料酒、少许鸡粉、适量盐
  • 7.加热水,水量为虾的一半即可,烧开后尝尝味道,我做的是咸甜味的
  • 8.中火焖至汤汁收干即可
  • 9.成品。
