  • 1.备好食材。
  • 2.梨与芒果去皮切块。
  • 3.蛋糕切成小于六寸蛋糕一片放入模具中,吉利丁片先用水泡软,再捞出加50g牛奶,隔水加热搅匀备用。
  • 4.蛋糕片放好,边缘留有空隙。
  • 5.芒果、梨块、酸奶、吉利丁液一起用榨汁机榨好酸奶慕斯液,倒入蛋糕片上,放冰箱冷蒇2小时。
  • 6.QQ糖加水放小碗中,隔水加热后,放凉。
  • 7.从冰箱中取出。
  • 8.晾凉的QQ糖液缓缓倒入,放冰箱再冷藏一晚。
  • 9.取出脱模。
