  • 1.主料:三文鱼茸一包、鸡蛋2枚、虾仁适量配料:香葱末调料:韩式鱼酿酱油适量
  • 2.虾仁从背部剖开,清除背部的黑线备用
  • 3.鸡蛋打入碗中,充分打散成蛋液
  • 4.蛋液过筛去掉泡沫
  • 5.锅中烧水,水开后将鸡蛋液放入锅中蒸制3分钟
  • 6.3分钟后,将虾仁摆到蛋液上再蒸制2分钟
  • 7.蒸好的虾仁鸡蛋撒上鱼茸和香葱
