  • 1.买回来的猪大棒骨(一般商家都会帮你剁成大段儿)洗净,清水浸泡至少4个小时,中间换水2到3次,至水清;
  • 2.再次洗净,控干水分备用;
  • 3.凉水下锅,中小火煮开后,保持沸腾2、3分钟;
  • 4.捞出,用温水冲洗干净,沥干水分备用;
  • 5.香料材料放进茶包袋备用;
  • 6.另起锅,换清水,加入料包、葱姜、酱油、甜面酱、芝麻酱和盐,大火煮开,打去浮沫;
  • 7.下入冲洗干净的大棒骨;
  • 8.加入料酒,大火煮开后转小火,盖上锅盖,慢炖1到2小时至骨肉酥烂即可。
