Steps to make 巧克力味桃山皮月饼

  • 1.白芸豆500克浸泡一夜,泡时多加点水。
  • 2.撕去外皮。
  • 3.放入电压力锅中,加少刚刚没过豆子的水,煮30分钟。
  • 4.把煮熟的白芸豆放入原汁机中,搅拌成泥状。
  • 5.炒锅上火(我用的不粘锅),芸豆泥加入300克细砂糖,用中小火不断翻炒,并分次加入130克玉米油,直到炒至粘稠。
  • 6.把炒好的白芸豆馅称出总量,分成两份。我炒好后大约是1000克左右。我用了150克黑巧克力币隔水融化,与其中一份500克左右的馅揉匀成巧克力味,这个就是桃山皮月饼的内馅。
  • 7.剩余的500克白芸豆馅加入75克面粉、30克软化的黄油和少许水(水要一点点看着加)和成柔软适当的面团,这个就是桃山皮月饼的外皮。
  • 8.等分成三份,分别加入紫薯粉 、抹茶粉和南瓜粉。如果面团变硬变干,还要适当的加一点点水,让它保持柔软。
  • 9.把桃山皮月饼皮和巧克馅各取25克。
  • 10.按1: 1的比例包起来。
  • 11.放入模具中,压制成型
  • 12.可以直接压在烤盘中 。
  • 13.烤箱预热,170度中层约烘焙15分钟,不要让饼皮上色。
  • 14.美美的巧克力味桃山皮月饼就做成了。
