Steps to make 家常炒面

  • 1.锅内放入足够的清水煮沸,入面条至再次水沸,加入1杯冷水,煮沸后中火保持水沸腾继续煮2分钟,关火捞出面条过冷水后滤干。
  • 2.猪肉丝加葱姜末、料酒和干淀粉拌匀。
  • 3.热锅入油,油温后入猪肉丝煸炒至颜色变白盛出。
  • 4.另起锅入油,油温后入滤干的面条翻炒。
  • 5.调入酱油、十三香粉、鸡精翻炒均匀(酱油最好是老抽,我用的是生抽)
  • 6.放入煸炒过的猪肉丝炒匀
  • 7.放入油菜快速煸炒10秒钟关火。
  • 8.放入油菜快速煸炒10秒钟关火 即可。
