糖醋大虾

  • 白糖2匙
  • 半勺
  • 酱油1小勺
  • 香葱1颗

Steps to make 糖醋大虾

  • 1.准备好400克的鲜活虾洗净。
  • 2.上锅入适量水烧开,倒入鲜虾焯烫片刻去掉浮泡沫。
  • 3.烫至虾身变红捞出。
  • 4.烫好的虾用水洗掉浮沫盛盘备用。
  • 5.取个小碗,加入4汤匙陈醋、2匙白糖、1小匙酱油和半勺盐、适量胡椒粉拌匀备用。
  • 6.上锅加入两汤匙油烧热,将虾炒至干身虾壳有点酥脆。
  • 7.加入事先调好的糖醋汁料。
  • 8.大火烧至汤汁浓稠收汁即可。
  • 9.成品。香葱切碎洒面上完成。
