红豆圆子糖水
红豆营养丰富,特别适合女人,所以家中常备,我经常会做些蜜红豆放在冰箱,做蛋糕或是面包用; 当然这次做红豆糖水也留了部分做蜜红豆,红豆都没有烂掉,再中上红枣和红糖的香味吸收,非常的美味!
单这样吃会有一点腻,再加上原味的糯米小圆子一混合,口感马上丰富起来!

Steps to make 红豆圆子糖水

  • 1.准备好所需要的材料
  • 2.红豆洗好,并用清水泡4小时
  • 3.泡红豆的水有涩味要换掉,重新加入清水和红枣,盖上锅盖
  • 4.自动锅启动“炖排骨”菜单,煲一个半小时
  • 5.煮至8成熟的时候加入红糖调味,一点也不糊底,另外有防溢电极也不会扑锅和溅汁出来
  • 6.煮至红豆软烂即可,看红豆熟了但却没有烂掉,做蜜红豆真是极好的
  • 7.糯米粉用混合和成面团,再分小份搓成小圆子
  • 8.放奶锅中煮熟
  • 9.碗中装红豆糖水,再放上小圆子即可
