Steps to make 奥尔良烤鸡大腿

  • 1.鸡大腿洗净后加奥尔良腌料揉搓几分钟,让腌料均匀的粘在鸡腿表面,腌制8小时以上。
  • 2.烤盘上放一张铝箔纸,刷一层薄薄的油。
  • 3.将腌制好的鸡大腿放烤盘中间,鸡腿表面刷一层薄薄的油。
  • 4.烤箱210℃预热10分钟左右,放入鸡腿烤30分钟左右。
  • 5.烤制好后表皮焦脆,用牙签戳戳试试,表面溢出汁水,但没有血水,牙签能穿透整个鸡腿即可。
  • 6.斩成块,将烤出来的汁水浇在鸡腿表面,放一根香菜做点缀就完美了,外焦里嫩,不比肯德基的奥尔良鸡腿差哟。
