红烧牛腩

  • 1.牛腩改刀切块,香料备好。

  • 6.放入香料,小火炒香。
  • 7.放入干辣椒,继续翻炒。
  • 8.放入牛腩。
  • 9.加白糖。
  • 10.红烧酱油。
  • 11.生抽。
  • 12.翻炒均匀。
  • 13.食材一起倒入小砂锅。
  • 14.加入足够开水。
  • 15.大火烧开。
  • 16.放入山楂,改小火,慢炖一个小时,炖至牛腩软烂即可。
  • 17.炖好后尝咸淡,加入少许盐调节。
  • 18.好吃的红烧牛腩。
