葱烧海参
海参是刺参科动物,生活在海边至8000米的海洋软体动物,被称之为“海人参”,因为补益作用类似人参而得名。海参同人参、燕窝、鱼翅齐名,是世界八大珍品之一。
早就听说葱烧海参是道名菜,不但没吃过,也没见过。虽然在网上会有图片,但想着离咱们这么遥远,谁没事老“画饼充饥”啊!可巧了,这个假期有人送了一盒干海参,泡发倒还是挺容易的。我先泡了6个,打算也做个葱烧海参尝尝。
做完之后发现真好吃。这才知道应该好好上网查查做法。看完了大家的食谱,我直后悔!为嘛?因为我把海参做糟尽了。虽然味道不错,但是应该做成整个的才更显档次。里面的肉肠也是可以吃的,而把全给掏干净了。哈哈,海参兄弟,原谅我的无知吧!

Steps to make 葱烧海参

  • 1.泡发好的海参清洗干净
  • 2.切成环形块状,正确的吃法是应该整个烧或者纵向切条
  • 3.三棵大葱洗净
  • 4.切成寸段
  • 5.炒锅中倒适量油,油热后倒入葱段炒几下,再倒入少量的酱油、盐、白糖,炝炒出香味儿
  • 6.将海参倒入锅中
  • 7.扒拉几下就可出锅
  • 8.灯光看着不太好看,但是味道和口感确实很不错
