  • 原味芝士2片
  • 牛奶40ml
  • 15g

Steps to make 芝士焗红薯

  • 1.红薯削皮,洗净切片,锅里加适量水上锅蒸,蒸到筷子轻轻一戳能扎个洞就行了
  • 2.红薯稍凉一下,准备好所有材料
  • 3.取容器将红薯捣碎,加芝士、牛奶、糖拌匀(糖可以根据个人口味增减,个人不爱吃太甜的,所以量较少)
  • 4.若芝士没有完全化开可放微波炉加热1分钟,再搅拌均匀至上图这样
  • 5.装盘将红薯定个型,可用小勺沾牛奶将红薯表面抹光滑
  • 6.放入微波炉调至烧烤功能,烤8分钟即可
